PRODUCTION PROCESS
Wire coils of various diameters are used as the raw materials. These coils are fed into the straight wire cutting machine to be cut into various sizes depending on the size of the panel. The straight wire cutting machine is used to cut cross and line wires.
After the cross and line wires are cut, they are fed on to the mesh welding machine where they are welded electrically (resistance fusion welding). Trimming of the projected wires is done after the panel has been produced using an electric cutter. Quality checks are done to ensure the panels produced meet the set standards.
The V bends are formed on the panels by pressing them using a hydraulic press.
For the powder coated panels, cleaning is done using a degreasing agent and rinsed in water.
Application of thermosetting plastic powder is done once the panels are dry using and an electrostatic powder coating gun. Once the powder is sprayed on the panels they are placed in an oven for bonding and curing process. After the process is complete, the panels are removed from the oven for packaging and transportation.
Apart from production of panels we also make your fencing process smooth by doing site surveys and installing the panels.
